The Louth Filmmakers Society held our third fundraiser on the 31st of July. The Test Your Brain Table Quiz was another attempt to fund and draw attention to the Louth Film Festival which we’ll be holding this coming August 24th.

It was held in the Imperial Hotel and MC’d by our very own Paul ‘Wick’ Cumiskey and was designed to be a fun quiz with interesting topical and pop culture questions rather than a wreck your head quiz that relies solely on general knowledge.

Starting at 8:30 and lasting well into the night, the quiz consisted of 6 rounds of 10 questions. Everyone seemed to have fun, which was our goal, and it would be great to see if we can bring the event back for next year.

One of the biggest prizes of the night was another one of our Party Hardy hamper and session kit, which was made by Wick himself.

The turnout was amazing and everyone person who played was truly appreciated as each one allows us to do so much more with the budget for the Louth Film Festival.
